Whilst taking your overall health and goals into consideration, we then prescribe a customised exercise programme specific to you and your presenting problem. We may then provide manual therapy in the form of joint mobilisations, trigger point release, massage, Dry Needling, or another preferred therapy.
Additionally, we help you identify the causative factors of your problem and how to address these issues. This results in a better long term outcome for the existing problem and prevents a reoccurrance of similar-type problems in the future.
